As per initial discussion with customer we define the agile model for the project. We create multiple phases of the project. As per the delivery plan each phase has iterations and we follow continuous integration and continuous deployment. We create Simplified Software Requirement Specifications (SSRS) and Simplified Software Development Specifications (SSDS) documents.
